ISPO Munich has kicked off! Here is the programme of events in the Padel Village

The 2023 edition of ISPO Munich has already kicked off! This sports fair, which will be held from 28th to 30th November in the German city, will bring together important companies from the world of sport in general, presenting their products and projects to the consumer. This year, if possible, padel will have a greater presence than in 2022.

Padel fairs are triumphing in Europe and more and more events of this type are taking place. Among them is the ISPO Padel Village, which has announced the programme of activities that will take place during its celebration.

What is the ISPO Padel Village in Munich all about?

ISPO Munich is the largest sports trade fair in Europe. It is an interesting opportunity for companies and consumers because of its attractive market opportunities. In this case, the Padel Village is the part of the trade fair exclusively dedicated to padel. Last year it was already the big novelty, so it was decided to continue with the initiative. However, due to the great success of 2022, this year it will have a greater prominence. And it is no coincidence, since the centre and north of the continent are some of the areas where padel is getting more fans, so from the organization also expect more public influx in this edition.

ISPO Munich assures that it is “a meeting point for the world of sport” and that “it is aimed at business professionals”. So, as we can understand, it is a B2B event.

Last year it consisted of a padel court surrounded by stands of different brands, where they took the opportunity to show their catalogue and explain their different tasks. In this edition, the courts have been doubled so that there is more space for business and entertainment. Two well-known padel companies, Adidas court (AFP Courts) and Pórtico Court, will be there.

The aim of these days is to bring the fans closer to the different brands, so that they can make themselves known. In addition, the aim is also to add followers to this sport, providing value to those who are already practising and showing it to those who don’t know it. In the end, getting people interested in padel is beneficial for padel itself, for the companies and for the fans, and this type of event does nothing more than help the sport to spread around the world.

What is the programme of activities like?

Throughout the three days there will be different activities aimed at visitors to the Padel Village. To begin with, there are four different areas, such as the two courts and the two lounges, where the whole plan will take place.

The idea is to be very interactive and that players can enter the court and try different products. That is why there will be open matches or training sessions, where the visitors will be the protagonists. The courts will be in constant movement and people will have a good time going to this padel fair. In addition, there will also be exhibition matches where you can see top players.

In the programme of activities there will be different times dedicated to exhibitions, but also space for matches. Among them are some well-known companies such as Playtomic, Adidas, A2 or Carbosports, which will be able to advertise or publicise their different projects. On the other hand, children will also play a leading role. They will be able to take to the court on the 28th and 29th of November and show that they are the future of padel.
