New Premier Padel title for Delfi Brea and Bea Gonzalez!

Delfi Brea and Bea Gonzalez win the Milano Premier Padel P1 after beating Ale Salazar and Sofia Araujo in the final with a score of 6-0 and 7-6.

The Argentinean and Spanish players have become the only ones to win two Premier Padel tournaments in 2023. With their victory in Milan, Delfi Brea and Bea Gonzalez accumulate two titles in the circuit, something that neither Ari Sanchez and Paula Josemaria, top seeds, nor Gemma Triay and Marta Ortega, couple 2 of the FIP ranking, have achieved.

The women’s final of the Premier Padel Milano P1 started with Delfi and Brea masterfully commanding the 20×10. In the first set, the couple 3 managed to take the first set with a convincing 6-0 in half an hour of play.

The second set continued to be dominated by the Argentinians and the Spaniards. In fact, both players took the first three games. It wasn’t until the fourth game that Ale and Sofia opened their account. Their reaction was not limited to that, and they managed to return their opponents’ break to make it 3-3. The rest of the games remained level, and it would be sudden death that would decide the winning couple of the set. Delfi and Brea would end up closing the match in the tie break with a 7-4.

Second title for Delfi Brea and Bea Gonzalez in Premier Padel in 2023, being the only couple to achieve such a milestone. The pairing from Buenos Aires and Malaga previously won the Madrid P1 last July.
