To participate you need to do the following actions on the Instagram post:

The giveaway will be valid from Thursday 16 to 22 November 2023 inclusive. We will announce the winners on Thursday 23rd November 2023.
NOTE: At no time will be requested any registration or personal data or form of payment to participate. If any profile contacts us asking for this, please report it on Instagram and block the user. In case of winning, we will contact you via private message and ask you for the necessary information to send you the prize.
Legal terms and conditions of the giveaway
CLAUSE 1.- ORGANISER
Padel Addict organizes together with Tecnifibre on the dates indicated below a free giveaway according to the modalities described in these terms and conditions.
CLAUSE 2.- HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Between 16 and 22 November 2023 (both days included) whoever wishes to participate must carry out the following actions on our Instagram profile:
- Follow @tecnifibre and @padeladdict.
- Mention at least one friend in the comments of the post – the more times you mention different friends, the more chances you have!
- Like this post.
- Share the giveaway post in a story (optional).
This giveaway is valid for users in Europe.
CLAUSE 3.- PRIZES
The prizes in this giveaway are two Tecnifibre padel rackets: a Wall Breaker 375 and a Wall Master 370, each valued at 280 €.
CLAUSE 4.- GIVEAWAY
The Padel Addict team will choose the winner through the AppSorteos website or other similar tool among all participants who meet the requirements, and will be announced on Instagram on 11 October 2023.
CLAUSE 5.- PRIZE-GIVING
The winner will be informed privately and will be communicated through a publication on the website and social networks.
The prize will be sent by Tecnifibre once the giveaway is over. In the event that they are waiting for stock of the racket, it may take a few days to be shipped.
In the event that it is not possible to locate the winner within 5 days, or the prize is expressly refused for any reason, Padel Addict will go to the reserve records in order of extraction.
Once contacted, the winner will receive instructions on how to proceed.
In the event that this involves the payment of fees, the winner will be responsible for the payment of these fees.
If the prize cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the winner (or reserves) within 30 days of the publication of the winner (and reserve if applicable), the prize will be declared void.
Participants authorise their name and surname to be published on the Padel Addict website and Instagram during the three months following the giveaway.
CLAUSE 6.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal information provided will only be used to send the racket.
CLAUSE 7.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES AND RESPONSIBILITY
- The mere fact of participating in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Padel Addict reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the giveaway, partially or totally at any time. Padel Addict also reserves the right to cancel the draw or leave the prize void in the event of any irregularity being detected. Once any modification has been made, it will be duly made known to the participants on the website and Facebook.
- Padel Addict reserves the right to exclude from participation in the Giveaway all those participants who, in its opinion, are in breach of any of the conditions of participation included in these terms and conditions. The exclusion of a participant, whatever the cause, entails the loss of all rights derived from their status as such.
- Any abusive or fraudulent use of these rules will result in the consequent disqualification of the participant in the promotion.
- Padel Addict and Tecnifibre are exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners themselves that would prevent their identification.

You voluntarily provide your personal data through this form, authorizing only Padel Addict to process or incorporate the data submitted into a file owned by Padel Addict.
