The giveaway will run from Monday 13 July until Sunday 19 July 2026 at 23:59. We will announce the winner on Monday 13 July 2026.

PLEASE NOTE: At no point will you be asked to register, provide personal details or payment details to take part. Should any account contact you requesting this information, please report it on Instagram and block the user. If you win, we will contact you via private message and ask for the details required to send you the prize.

Terms and conditions of the giveaway (the “Giveaway”)

This Giveaway will run from Monday 13 July to Sunday 19 July 2026 at 23:59, organised by Padel Addict.

Unless otherwise stated, this Giveaway is free to enter and is subject solely to these Terms and Conditions and to all applicable laws and regulations.

By registering and taking part in this Giveaway, you (“Participant” or “You”) agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions and confirm that you meet all the eligibility requirements set out below. If participants do not accept these Terms and Conditions, they may not take part in the Giveaway.

CLAUSE 1 – ORGANISATION

Padel Addict is organising a free giveaway on the dates set out below, in accordance with the terms described in these rules.

CLAUSE 2 – ELIGIBILITY

1.1 You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) at the time of entry and that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Please note that Padel Addict shall not be liable should Participants not be legally authorised to take part in the Giveaway due to national or local laws.

1.3 The Giveaway is open to participants worldwide.

CLAUSE 3 – GIVEAWAY PERIOD

This Giveaway begins on 13 July 2026 and ends on 19 July 2026 at 23.59 CET (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received after that date will not be considered for the giveaway.

CLAUSE 4 – RULES OF THE GIVEAWAY AND ENTRY

4.1 Entry to this Giveaway is only possible via Instagram (“Platform”). To enter this Giveaway, you must have an account on the Platform. Entrants may only enter the Giveaway from a single profile on the Platform. This Giveaway is not linked to the Platform and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by the Platform, nor is it associated with it in any way. Your use of the Platform is subject to the Platform’s Terms of Use. Padel Addict accepts no liability should the User breach the Platform’s Terms of Use.

4.2 To enter this Giveaway, you must follow these 3 steps:

Please also ensure that your account on the Platform is set to public so that we can contact you should you be drawn as a winner. You may only take part in the giveaway if you follow all the steps in the procedure described above.

4.3 Padel Addict accepts no liability for the actions of Participants during the giveaway process. In particular, where other accounts are mentioned (tagged), Padel Addict accepts no responsibility for the conduct of third parties or any Participant. Comments or opinions whose content is deemed inappropriate, offensive, insulting or discriminatory, or which may infringe the rights of third parties, will not be permitted. If it transpires that any Participant has failed to comply with the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, or that the details provided for entry are invalid, the entry shall be deemed void and the Participant shall be automatically excluded from the giveaway, forfeiting all rights to the prize or prizes offered in the giveaway. Padel Addict reserves the right to select alternative winners by conducting subsequent random giveaways until the required number of winners has been determined.

CLAUSE 5 – SELECTION PROCESS

5.1 Entries for the giveaway close on Sunday 19 July 2026 at 23.59 CET, and the winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received by that time.

5.2 The winners of this giveaway will be notified on the Platform via direct message within 3 days. Any information required for Padel Addict to carry out this giveaway (for example, the winner’s delivery address) will also be provided via a direct message on the Platform.

5.3 If you are a winner, please wait to receive our message and reply by sending us your full name, email address, telephone number and the delivery address to which you would like us to send the prize. The contact details you provide will be used to notify you and deliver the prize, so please ensure they are correct.

5.4 Padel Addict undertakes to make reasonable efforts to maintain adequate hardware and software for the giveaway and shall not be liable for: late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries; malfunctions, faults, delays or difficulties relating to telephone, electronic, hardware or software systems, networks, the Internet or computing; transmission errors; attempted but undelivered prize notifications; or any loss suffered by any person participating or attempting to participate in the Giveaway, whether the entry is lost, not submitted, processed incorrectly or does not win.

CLAUSE 6 – THE PRIZE

6.1 There will be a single winner who will receive a pack of lepadel brand products: a T-shirt, a pair of technical shorts and a padel bag.

The prize will be sent by post to the delivery address provided by the winner of the giveaway. The cost of posting the prize will be borne by lepadel.

6.2 Padel Addict reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of similar value.

6.3 The winner may decline any prize awarded to them.

6.4 No cash alternatives will be offered, and the prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable.

6.5 Should the winner fail to claim their prize within 7 days of being notified, they shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and Padel Addict reserves the right to select an alternative winner based on a second random draw.

6.6 The Giveaway will be conducted at the sole discretion of Padel Addict. Padel Addict’s decision on all matters relating to the Giveaway is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6.7 Legal action is excluded.

CLAUSE 7 – COLLECTION OF INFORMATION AND DATA PROTECTION

7.1 General: For further information and details on data processing, please refer to our Privacy Policy. Padel Addict (“Data Controller”) hereby notifies you that all personal data referred to in sections 3 and 4 of these General Terms and Conditions will be processed by Padel Addict for the purpose of organising and conducting the giveaway (for example, to contact the winner).

7.2 Retention period: Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and, therefore, for the purposes of contract performance. Padel Addict will delete the winners’ personal data seven years after the end of the calendar year in which the prize was received or, where applicable, until the expiry of the statutory warranty, limitation and retention periods applicable to Padel Addict and/or, beyond this, until the conclusion of any legal proceedings in which the data is required as evidence.

7.3 Individual rights: Participants have the right to access information about their stored personal data, to the erasure and rectification of stored data concerning them, to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data, if such consent has been given, and to data portability. Participants also have the right to object to the processing of their personal data. To exercise any of these rights, participants may submit a request to info@padeladdict.com, specifying which right they are invoking. Furthermore, participants have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.

7.4 Participant’s Obligations: The Participant hereby expressly warrants that personal data (including images of third parties) will only be transferred to Padel Addict in accordance with applicable national and European data protection legislation. The Participant warrants that, prior to disclosing any personal data relating to any other third party, they will ensure that such third party has received all the information on data protection contained in these General Terms and Conditions.

CLAUSE 8 – PLACE OF JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

8.1 These General Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Spanish law, provided that this does not contravene any mandatory legislation.

8.2 Any legal dispute arising in connection with the conduct of and participation in this giveaway shall be dealt with exclusively by the competent courts in the place of jurisdiction of Padel Addict’s registered office, provided that this does not contravene any mandatory legislation. However, Padel Addict may also choose to bring proceedings before the courts in the Participant’s place of residence.

8.3 Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be found to be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
