The giveaway will be valid from Friday, December 26 to Friday, January 2, 2026, inclusive. We will announce the winners on Saturday, January 3, 2026.
NOTE: At no time will you be asked to register or provide personal information or payment details to participate. If anyone contacts you asking for this information, please report them on Instagram and block the user. If you win, we will contact you via private message and ask you for the necessary information to send you your prize.
Terms and conditions of the giveaway (the “Giveaway”)
This Giveaway will be held from Friday, December 26, to Friday, January 2, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CET by Padel Addict.
Unless otherwise stated, this Giveaway is free to enter and is subject only to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
By registering and participating in this giveaway, you (“Participant” or “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and declare that you meet all the eligibility requirements set forth below. If participants do not accept these Terms and Conditions, they will not be eligible to participate in the giveaway.
CLAUSE 1.- ORGANIZATION
Padel Addict is organizing a free giveaway on the dates indicated below in accordance with the terms and conditions described herein.
NOX is not acting as the operator of this giveaway in any way.
CLAUSE 2.- ELIGIBILITY
1.1 You acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) at the time of participation and that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Please note that Padel Addict will not be liable if Participants are not legally authorized to participate in the Giveaway due to national or local laws.
1.3 Giveaway valid worldwide.
CLAUSE 3.- GIVEAWAY PERIOD
This Giveaway begins on December 26, 2026, and ends on January 2, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CET (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received after that date will not be considered for the giveaway.
CLAUSE 4.- GIVEAWAY AND PARTICIPATION RULES
4.1 Participation in this Giveaway is only possible through Instagram (“Platform”). To participate in this Giveaway, you must have an account on the Platform. Participants may only participate in the Giveaway from a single profile on the Platform. This Giveaway is not linked to the Platform and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the Platform, nor is it associated with it in any way. Padel Addict declines all responsibility in the event that the User fails to comply with the Platform’s Terms of Use.

Please also ensure that your account on the Platform is publicly accessible so that we can contact you if you are selected as the winner. You can only participate in the Giveaway if you follow all the steps in the procedure described above.
4.3 Padel Addict is not responsible for the actions of the Participant in the giveaway process. Especially if other accounts are mentioned (tagged), Padel Addict assumes no responsibility for the compliance of third parties or any Participant. Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, insulting, or discriminatory, or that may violate the rights of third parties, will not be allowed. If it becomes apparent that any of the Participants has not complied with the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, or that the information provided for participation is not valid, the participation will be considered void and the Participant will be automatically excluded from the Giveaway, losing all rights to the prize or prizes offered in the Giveaway. Padel Addict reserves the right to determine alternative winners by conducting subsequent random giveaways until the required number of winners is determined.
CLAUSE 5.- SELECTION PROCESS
5.1 Registration for the giveaway closes on Friday, January 2, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CET, and winners will be selected at random from all correct entries made up to that time.
5.2 The winners of this Giveaway will be notified on the Platform via direct messaging within 3 days. Any information necessary for Padel Addict to carry out this Giveaway (e.g., the winner’s delivery address) will also be provided via direct messaging on the Platform.
5.3 If you are one of the winners, please wait to receive our message and reply by sending us your full name, email address, phone number, and the shipping address to which you would like us to send the prize. The contact details you provide will be used to notify you and deliver the prize, so please ensure that they are correct.
5.4 Padel Addict undertakes to make reasonable efforts to maintain adequate hardware and software for the Giveaway and shall not be liable for: late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; malfunctions, failures, delays, or difficulties with telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or computer systems; transmission errors; attempted but unsuccessful delivery of prize notifications; any loss suffered by any person who participates or attempts to participate in the Giveaway, whether the entry is lost, not sent, incorrectly processed, or not a winner.
CLAUSE 6.- THE PRIZE
6.1 There will be two winners: one who will receive the AT10 12K Alum Xtrem padel racket and another who will win an EA10 Hybrid. The first winner will receive the first racket and the second winner will receive the second racket.
The prizes will be sent by post to the shipping address we receive from the winner of the giveaway. The shipping costs for the prize will be borne by NOX Padel.
6.2 Padel Addict reserves the right to substitute the prize for another of similar value.
6.3 The winner may refuse any prize awarded to them.
6.4 No cash alternatives will be offered and the prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
6.5 If the winner does not claim their prize within 7 days of notification, they will have forfeited the prize and Padel Addict reserves the right to determine an alternative winner based on a second random selection.
6.6 The Giveaway will be conducted at the sole discretion of Padel Addict. Padel Addict’s decision in relation to all matters relating to the Giveaway is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.7. Recourse to the courts is excluded.
CLAUSE 7.- INFORMATION COLLECTION AND DATA PROTECTION
7.1 General: For more information and details on data processing, please see our Privacy Policy. Padel Addict (“Data Controller”) hereby notifies that all personal data mentioned in sections 3 and 4 of these General Terms and Conditions will be processed by Padel Addict for the purpose of organizing and conducting the giveaway (e.g., to contact the winner).
7.2 Duration of storage: Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and, therefore, for the purposes of contract execution. Padel Addict will delete the personal data of the winners after 7 years from the end of the calendar year in which the prize was received or, where applicable, until the expiry of the warranty, limitation, and retention periods valid for Padel Addict and/or beyond this until the end of any legal dispute in which the data is required as evidence.
7.3 Individual rights: Participants have the right to information about their stored personal data, to the deletion and rectification of stored data concerning them, to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data, if such consent has been given, and to data portability. Participants also have the right to object to the processing of their personal data. To exercise any of these rights, Participants may send a request to info@padeladdict.com indicating which right they are referring to. In addition, Participants have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
7.4 Participant’s obligations: The Participant hereby expressly guarantees that personal data (including images of third parties) will only be transferred to Padel Addict in accordance with applicable national and European data protection legislation. The Participant guarantees that, before disclosing personal data of any other third party, they will ensure that said third party has received all the information on data protection contained in these General Terms and Conditions.
CLAUSE 8.- PLACE OF JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
8.1 These General Terms and Conditions are subject exclusively to Spanish law, provided that they do not contravene any mandatory legislation.
8.2 Any legal issue arising in connection with the execution and participation in this giveaway will be dealt with exclusively by the relevant courts in the place of jurisdiction of Padel Addict’s headquarters, provided that this does not contravene any mandatory legislation. However, Padel Addict may also choose to go to the courts of the Participant’s place of residence.
8.3 If any of the clauses in these General Terms and Conditions is found to be totally or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses shall not be affected.
