The giveaway will run from Wednesday, April 15, through Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 11:59 PM. We will announce the winner on Thursday, April 23, 2026.
NOTE: At no time will you be asked to register or provide personal information or payment details to participate. If any profile contacts you requesting this, please report it on Instagram and block the user. If you win, we will contact you via private message and ask for the necessary information to send you the prize.
Terms and Conditions of the Giveaway (the “Giveaway”)
This Giveaway will run from Wednesday, April 15, through Wednesday, April 22, 2025, at 11:59 PM CET, hosted by Padel Addict.
Unless otherwise stated, this Giveaway is free to enter and is subject solely to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
By registering and participating in this Giveaway, you (“Participant” or “You”) agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions and declare that you meet all the eligibility requirements listed below. If participants do not accept these Terms and Conditions, they may not participate in the Giveaway.
CLause 1.- ORGANIZATION
Padel Addict is organizing a free giveaway on the dates indicated below in accordance with the terms described in these rules.
Neither Set Pro Padel nor adidas padel acts as the operator of this giveaway under any circumstances.
CLAUSE 2.- ELIGIBILITY
1.1 You acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) at the time of participation and that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Please note that Padel Addict shall not be liable if Participants are not legally authorized to participate in the Giveaway due to national or local laws.
1.3 Giveaway open to everyone.
CLAUSE 3.- GIVEAWAY PERIOD
This Giveaway begins on November 18, 2025, and ends on November 25, 2025, at 11:59 PM CET (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received after that date will not be considered for the giveaway.
CLAUSE 4.- GIVEWAY AND ENTRY RULES
4.1 Participation in this Giveaway is only possible via Instagram (“Platform”). To participate in this Giveaway, you must have an account on the Platform. Participants may only enter the Giveaway from a single profile on the Platform. This Giveaway is not affiliated with the Platform and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the Platform, nor is it associated with it in any way. Your use of the Platform is subject to the Platform’s Terms of Use; for more details, click here. Padel Addict disclaims all liability in the event that the User violates the Platform’s Terms of Use.
4.2 To participate in this giveaway, you must follow these 3 steps:

Please also ensure that your account on the Platform is set to public so that we can contact you if you are selected as a winner. You may only participate in the giveaway if you follow all the steps of the procedure described above.
4.3 Padel Addict is not responsible for the Participant’s actions during the giveaway process. Specifically, if other accounts are mentioned (tagged), Padel Addict assumes no responsibility for the compliance of third parties or any Participant. Comments or opinions whose content is deemed inappropriate, offensive, insulting, or discriminatory, or that may violate the rights of third parties, will not be permitted. If it becomes apparent that any Participant has not met the requirements of these Rules, or that the information provided for participation is invalid, the entry will be deemed void and the Participant will be automatically excluded from the Giveaway, forfeiting all rights to the prize or prizes offered in the Giveaway. Padel Addict reserves the right to determine alternate winners by conducting subsequent random giveaways until the required number of winners is determined.
CLAUSE 5.- SELECTION PROCESS
5.1 Registration for the giveaway closes on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 11:59 PM CET, and winners will be selected at random from among all valid entries submitted by that time.
5.2 The winners of this Giveaway will be notified on the Platform via direct message within 3 days. Any information necessary for Padel Addict to conduct this Giveaway (for example, the winner’s shipping address) will also be provided via a direct message on the Platform.
5.3 If you are a winner, please wait for our message and reply by sending us your full name, email address, phone number, and the shipping address where you would like us to send the prize. The contact information you provide will be used to notify you and deliver the prize, so please ensure it is correct.
5.4 Padel Addict undertakes to make reasonable efforts to maintain adequate hardware and software services for the Giveaway and shall not be liable for: late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; malfunctions, failures, delays, or difficulties with telephone, electronic, hardware, or software programs, networks, the Internet, or computer systems; transmission errors; attempted but undelivered prize notifications; any loss suffered by any person participating or attempting to participate in the Giveaway, whether the entry is lost, not sent, processed incorrectly, or does not win.
CLAUSE 6.- THE PRIZE
6.1 There will be a single winner who will receive the adidas Metalbone 2026 padel racket.
The prize will be sent by mail to the shipping address provided by the winner of the Giveaway. Shipping costs for the prize will be covered by Set Pro Padel.
6.2 Padel Addict reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of similar value.
6.3 The winner may decline any prize awarded to them.
6.4 No cash alternatives will be offered, and the prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
6.5 If the winner does not claim their prize within 7 days of notification, they will be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and Padel Addict reserves the right to select an alternate winner based on a second random draw.
6.6 The Giveaway will be conducted at the sole discretion of Padel Addict. Padel Addict’s decision regarding all matters related to the Giveaway is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.7 Legal action is excluded.
CLAUSE 7.- DATA COLLECTION AND DATA PROTECTION
7.1 General: For further information and details regarding data processing, please refer to our Privacy Policy. Padel Addict (“Data Controller”) hereby notifies that all personal data mentioned in sections 3 and 4 of these General Terms and Conditions will be processed by Padel Addict for the purpose of organizing and conducting the giveaway (e.g., to contact the winner).
7.2 Duration of Storage: Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and, therefore, for the purposes of contract performance. Padel Addict will delete the winners’ personal data 7 years after the end of the calendar year in which the prize was received or, where applicable, until the expiration of the warranty, statute of limitations, and retention periods applicable to Padel Addict and/or, beyond this, until the conclusion of any legal dispute in which the data is required as evidence.
7.3 Individual Rights: Participants have the right to information regarding their stored personal data, to the erasure and rectification of stored data concerning them, to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data, if such consent was given, and to data portability. Participants also have the right to object to the processing of their personal data. To exercise any of these rights, Participants may submit a request to info@padeladdict.com indicating which right they are referring to. Additionally, Participants have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
7.4 Participant’s Obligations: The Participant hereby expressly warrants that personal data (including images of third parties) will only be transferred to Padel Addict in accordance with applicable national and European data protection laws. The Participant warrants that, prior to disclosing personal data of any other third party, they will ensure that such third party has received all the information regarding data protection contained in these General Terms and Conditions.
CLAUSE 8.- JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW
8.1 These General Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Spanish law, provided that this does not contravene any mandatory legislation.
8.2 Any legal matter arising in connection with the conduct of and participation in this giveaway shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Padel Addict is headquartered, provided that this does not contravene any mandatory legislation. However, Padel Addict may also choose to bring the matter before the courts in the Participant’s place of residence.
8.3 If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is found to be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
